UK-100 V controller provides a complete solution for automation of continuous as well as batch processes which require accurate viscosity control.

Viscosity measurement is based on the 'Time of Fall' principle. The measuring element is a precise but rugged sensor which does not make use of any fragile parts like spring etc. & hence, is ideal for on-line applications. The instrument continuously performs viscosity measurements & initiates control through addition of solvents/ concentrates. Temperature control or temperature compensation of viscosity is available depending on the system.

The system can be also used for 'End Point Determination' in certain processes. UK-100 V can be used effectively for improved quality, reduction in skilled manpower & better manufacturing practice. Easy to set & operate as well as run with detailed monitoring facility make UK-100 V a 'performer'.

APPLICATIONS:

Dipping (Capsule making), Starch process, Printing, Coating, Blending, Polymerization, Diluting, Lubrication, Impregnation, Paints, Petroleum, Varnishing, Ketchup, Toothpaste, Adhesive, Bitumen etc.

PARAMETERS :

All the parameters are operator programmable & stored in EEPROM.


DISPLAY :

Dual type as follows:
a) 4 digit LED display for Process Viscosity
b) 4 digit LED display for Set Viscosity
c) 16 X 2 alphanumeric backlit LCD screen for other details incl. temperature data, special functions & messages.


KEYPAD :

Membrane key board with mode, up, down, shift & Enter keys.


PROGRAM SECURITY :

Software lock is provided.


LED MIMIC :

To indicate the status of all the relevant i/o s.


ALARM :

Programmable limits for each channel.


REAL TIME CLOCK :

Clock/Calendar ( with battery back up) is provided for data logging purpose.


INTERFACE :

The following options are available:
a) Serial printer interface.
b) RS-232 C to PC. ( MODBUS RTU COMPATIBLE )
c) RS-485 for networking. ( MODBUS RTU COMPATIBLE )
d)Analog retransmission signal ( 4-20 mA / 0-1 V dc ) for recorder.
